Job Description
To expand the Hand Tools product range, expand business into industrial and Automotive
segment and grow HT business in Hardware distribution channel
Collaborate and work closely with Sales and Marketing Team , Engineering teams to design and
develop New Products. Launch of new products with support from Marketing team.
- PM’s to regularly gather market intelligence on compeititon on the product range,
Pricing , Prooduct performance and Branding etc.
- Work with Marketing & Sales teams for Packaging (including new packaging development),
Pricing and Promotion Schemes to grow the Business.
- PM’s will work with E-Commerce Team for Sales Growth of respective product lines in
E-Commerce channel both in India and Abroad.
- PMs to support Sales & Marketing on Participation of Exhibitions/Trade shows/Seminar
etc.
- Work with Engineering Team on Capex to propose and launch new product lines.
Finalization of plant & Machinery (Greenfiled or Outsourced)
- Work with Sourcing to identify new vendors and reduce input Cost including Packaging
cost reduction.
- Participate with Sourcing & Engineering on Cost Optimization negotiation meeting with
Vendors and Ancillaries. Product Managers and Strategic Alliance Teams will work
together to Develop Large Account Customers and Coordinate activities such as Plant
visits of Customer, Pricing and Presentations to secure the business
